My heart was snagged by a little boy in East Asia. I have spent a week the past two summers in his orphanage. I am not permitted to post his picture. So instead I am posting his handiwork. Here is a pot of dumplings we made for lunch one day. This little boy, I can call him Israel, is very artistic and a fan of detail. He is a master at forming dumplings. Can you spot his right in the center of the pot?
